Shipping: We offer FedEx and United States Postal Service. We will usually ship within 0-1 business day, some may ship in 2-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. If you need expedited shipping service, please call. No COD's.

Freight - Large / Heavy: If you have a large or heavy order, please contact us, we may be able to offer better rates than our web site calculates.

International Shipping: We do not ship to Shipping Companies or Freight Forwarders unless the order is paid in advance by Western Union, Bank Transfer, pre approval or use Cash/Check/Money Order at checkout and send the total via PayPal. International customers are responsible for brokerage fees, duties and taxes.

Local Pick Up: The address provided is our office location only. Customers may pick up orders at this address, but must schedule an appointment first.

Lost or Damaged Shipment: Report lost or damaged shipments to the carrier and FJ Parts immediately so we can file a claim and ship replacements. Claims for missing parts must be reported within 24 hours from the time the package was received or we cannot refund or replace.

Warranty and Returns: Parts are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date the merchandise was received by the customer against defects in material and workmanship by the original equipment manufacture for a replacement only. No returns on electrical, used and special ordered parts. All parts must be authorized before return and in the same condition as when sold to the customer. All returns are subject to a 20 percent restock fee and buyer pays all shipping unless there was a discrepancy on our behalf with the order.

Core refunds are valid for 30 days from the date the order was received by the recipient. The core must be in rebuildable condition, shipped at the customer’s expense and must also include a copy of the receipt in the package. Please be patient on core refunds as most cores are sent out for inspection or rebuild before the credit can be issued. We advise that you insure the package for the value of the core in case of loss or damage by the carrier.

Depending on circumstances, the customer may contact us for returns, refunds or exchanges within 30 days from the date the merchandise is received by the customer so that we may come to a satisfactory resolution.
