Orders: You must create an account to place orders with us. During checkout, please provide the production date and model of your Land Cruiser and special request in the "Vehicle Information / Special Request" area to ensure correct ordering. The customer is responsible for giving us the correct information on the vehicle and for ordering the correct parts. If we are responsible for a discrepancy on an order, the customer may contact us for returns, exchanges or refunds within 5 days from the date the order was received by the recipient and we will cover shipping costs.

International orders: The shipping address must match the credit card billing address, typically where your credit card statement is sent. We do not ship to Shipping Companies or Freight Forwarders unless the order is paid in advance. International customers are responsible for brokerage fees, duties and taxes.

Note: Since most international, Outside of USA, credit cards are not supported by the AVS system, your card may be declined. You may pay using Western Union, Bank Transfer or use Cash/Check/Money Order and send the total via PayPal.

If a part you need is not listed, you may call or email us with your request to check if an item is available.

If you are unsure about items you would like to order, it is best to inquire first. We would like to avoid time consuming, costly refunds, returns and exchanges.
