Orders: When ordering please provide the production date, make and model of your Land Cruiser and special request during checkout in the "Vehicle Infomation / Special Request" area to ensure correct ordering. If you are unsure about anything you would like to order, it is best to inquire first. We would like to avoid time consuming, costly refunds, returns and exchanges.

Shipping: Please let us know your shipping preferences. We will usually ship within 1 to 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.

International Shipping: Please contact fjparts@fjparts.com for international shipping.

Local Pick Up: The address provided is our office location only. If local, customers may pick up orders here, but must schedule an appointment first.

Warranty and Returns: Parts are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date the merchandise was received by the customer against defects in material and workmanship by the original equipment manufacture for a replacement only. No returns on electrical, used and special ordered parts. All parts must be authorized for return before hand and in the same condition as when sold to the customer. All returns are subject to a 20 percent rehandling charge and buyer pays all shipping unless there was a discrepancy on our behalf with the order.

The customer may contact us for returns, refunds or exchanges within 30 days from the date the merchandise is received by the customer if not satisfied with anything purchased from www.fjparts.com that we may come to a satisfactory resolution. Please ask before purchasing parts about returns and refunds. We will work with our customers.
