Parts are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship by the original equipment manufacture for a replacement only. No returns on electrical, used and special ordered parts. All parts must be authorized for return before hand and in the same condition as when sold to the customer. All returns are subject to a 20% rehandling charge and buyer pays all shipping unless there was a discrepancy on our behalf with the order.
All our parts are inspected and or tested for quality. Used parts are never identical and may have some variation from the prices listed, e.g., one may purchase a body part for extreme off-roading understanding that the possibility of damage is inevitable, so just wants its basic function, not as much cosmetic, so we keep a supply of the parts on hand for that customer at a lower price. That said, keep in mind we do keep up a vast supply of select used parts.
The customer is responsible for giving us the correct information on the vehicle and for ordering the correct parts. If we are responsible for a discrepancy on an order, the customer may contact us for returns, exchanges or refunds within 30 days from the date the order was received by the recipient and we will cover shipping costs. Customer may also contact us if not satisfied with anything purchased from FJParts.com that we may come to a satisfactory resolution.

Core refunds are valid for 30 days from the date the order was received by the recipient.

We do not misuse, share or sell your information with anyone! Your credit or debit card information is not stored in any database and or throughout fjparts.com web site. We never know your credit or debit card information unless you directly give us that information if you call for a purchase and choose that method of payment, then that information is destroyed immediately unless instructed by the customer to keep it for future purchases.
